POSITION DESCRIPTION:  Collection Specialist / Accounts Receivable (B-2-B)
CLASSIFICATION: Full-time Employee (W-2)(hourly)
LOCATION:  Farmingdale, NY 11735 (on-site 40 hours/week - Monday - Friday

We are enjoying excellent growth and need to add a Collection Specialist (B-2-B) position in our Farmingdale, NY Distribution Center. 

 

As our Collections Specialist, you will collaborate with our Sales Representatives and work to build solid relationships with our customers as you help them resolve discrepancies. In this position, you will conduct detailed research into discrepancies and maintain up-to-date information on customers and your collection efforts. You will provide regular reports on accounts receivable aging, collections activities and outstanding balances for management review.
