So, what does a Collaboration Engineer do? We're glad you asked! You'll be responsible for assisting our existing and new clients in supporting & configuring their collaboration solutions for their enterprises. This includes on premise Collaboration architectures, TDM migrations, systems upgrades, cloud migrations, secure voice solutions, and overall enterprise collaboration strategies.

Job Responsibilities
As a Mid-Level Collaboration Engineer, you will be our “go to” SME (subject matter expert) focused in multiple technologies within Collaboration.
Your specific duties as a Collaboration Engineer will include:
• Must have extensive industry experience in support in related technologies and solutions.
• Experience working on complex large projects and driving delivery initiatives.
• Work collaboratively with our team of sales and engineers to provide our customers with 100% success.
• Provide guidance to the technical team as a technical mentor.
- Job Requirements
Specific qualifications for the Collaboration Engineer position include:
• Have extensive experience with the Cisco Collaboration portfolio, including:- On-premise Unified Communications (CUCM, CUC, CER, UCCX, etc)
- Collaboration virtualization on Cisco Unified Computing System (UCS)
- Cisco Jabber and IM & Presence
- TelePresence endpoints, TMS, and Cisco Meeting Server
- VCS & Expressway with MRA, B2B, and hybrid services
- Contact Center Express, Enterprise, Quality Manager, and Call Recording
- Voice Gateways, routers, and CUBE
- Webex Meetings, Calling, and Teams
- Must be abreast of industry trends and new technologies.
- Must have extensive deployment experience in Collaboration, R/S and Security is a plus
- Knowledge of solution development best practices is required.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to adapt to various business needs
- Must be capable of working well both independently or as part of a team.
- Cisco and or Cisco partner experience is a plus.
- CCNA Collab certification is desired.

All our team members are based at our Griffin office, which has an open, collaborative vibe. Each team member gets all the new, high-quality computing and communications gear they need to do a killer job. If you are the right fit, we are not opposed to remote work if you reside outside of GA. We are not requiring COVID immunizations to our staff.
