Mandatory Technical / Functional Skills:
- ColdFusion 9 or above, including development in CFSCRIPT
- Object-oriented design and analysis
- Supporting a Java application
- Unit testing
- Web Application Development
- Understanding object-oriented design and analysis
- Familiarity with Model View Controller (MVC) frameworks such as Fusebox or Framework One (FW/1)
- Familiarity with Oracle databases including SQL, PL/SQL
- Strong understanding of HTML, JavaScript, XML and additional web based technologies
- Familiarity with XSLT stylesheets
Roles and Responsibility:
- Define and prepare designs and provide development support to leverage technology investments to support business needs
- Understand and identify the correct resources to help define and validate both requirements and specifications
- Collaborate with the business users to gather and define the business requirements, business definitions, process flows, dashboard design, and report design to create Front End solutions
- Publish, distribute, and ensure sign-off of the requirements documents and controls all changes through a formalized change request process
- Perform data analysis and data profiling against source systems and data warehouse
- Provide training and support to business users to promote understanding of ColdFusion 8 tools and features
- Create and manage enterprise documentation, change controls, and communicate with clients and PM to clarify, translate, and validate requirements
- Test solutions to validate whether requirements have been met; develop test plans, test scripts, and test conditions based on the business and system requirements
- Coordinate and demo prototype reviews and validate that solutions meet requirements and review/fine tune report deliverables; collaborate with Client Subject Matter Experts (SME)'s to develop and implement the solution and assist with deployment activities
- Provide end-user support in post-deployment phases; assess and evaluate all feedback to ensure that the requirements necessary to correct issues are addressed.
Desirable Technical / Functional Skills:
