CODE ENFORCEMENT OFFICER [FLSA: Nonexempt; SHIFT: 40 hrs/week] - City of Oviedo, FL

Performs technical work enforcing the Land Development Code, Code of Ordinances, International Property Maintenance Code, other codes or ordinances and Florida State Statute 162 as necessary and does related work as required. Considerable tact and courtesy are required in frequent contact with property owners, citizens, tenants, business owners, division staff, department staff, department managers, the department director, other City departments, city officials and other governmental agencies.  Work is performed under the supervision of the Code Enforcement Manager.
