Requisitos:
• Tener experiencia en cocinas de alto volumen.
• Experiencia leyendo comandas (tickets).
• Trabajo en equipo.
• Creatividad para el desarrollo de procesos de servicio eficaz.
• Disponibilidad de horario.
Line Cook
Reports to Chef/Kitchen Manager
Line Cook job consists to prepare and present plates to diners, taking care of workstations always be cleaned and well stocked. Line Cook must be ready to work applying food preparing rules dictate from County Health Department.
Line Cook´s Duties and Activities:
1. Prepare and present plates to diners.
2. Keep workstation cleaned.
3. Keep good personal hygiene.
4. Check and fill Preparations List.
5. Line restock before shift end in order to next shift can operate normally.
6. Clean workstation before shift end.
7. Apply all County Health Department rules.
Requirements:
• Skills and predilection for cooking.
• Six months experience in the same position (minimum).
• Teamwork skills.
• Kind, responsible and punctual person.
• Able to work on under pressure and high volume activities.
• Able to receive training and get feedback.
