Required Qualifications:

• Experience in coaching MLS Next and ECNL players
• Knowledge of European training methodologies
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Coaching certification preferred
• Competitive soccer playing experience in Professional or NCAA teams
• Mastery in analyzing film
