Job Title: Co-op & Billing Coordinator
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Co-op & Billing Manager in managing co-op billing processes.
- Facilitate billing for publisher placements and pass-throughs.
- Coordinate funding for promotions and seasonal markdowns.
- Track wholesaler funds and related expenses.
- Ensure accurate and timely billing to publishing partners.
- Maintain organized records and documentation for all billing activities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and billing software.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
