Spencer's MOA 3rd floor is looking for an experienced retail manager to join our leadership team. The Co-Manager supports the Store Manager in the overall performance of the Store by maximizing sales potential and developing Sales Associates while controlling expenses and reducing shrink. A Co-Manager helps the Store Manager coordinate Store activities in order to achieve Store sales plan and profit. The Co-Manager provides leadership and support to the Sales Associates in order to ensure that all aspects of Guest Service are being provided. A Co-Manager will effectively merchandise, sign and price the Store in accordance with Company guidelines. The Co-Manager will train and mentor Sales Associates using Company programs in order to achieve Company standards, while providing counseling and coaching when necessary. A Co-Manager will use loss prevention techniques in order to reduce shrink. The Co-Manager will assist the management team in completing all sales, personnel and inventory paperwork. A Co-Manager will serve as the Manager on Duty in absence of the Store Manager. This is the perfect position for an experienced manager who is changing careers. The position can be viewed as a Store Manager in training position.
