CNC Swiss Set-Up Operators - Cleveland, OH - 23-00696

Salary: $25.00 - $30.00/HR Permanent Position with Benefits.

Essential Duties:

Successful Candidates must be able to set, check, and adjust cutting speeds and feed speeds.
Candidates must be able to follow 2 pan system procedures.
Be able to request raw materials in a timely manner as needed for production and maintain accuracy of all inventory procedures.
Needs to be able to Set up and operate multiple machines simultaneously as required by the routing.
Successful candidate needs to be able to start machine, observes operation, and inspects first run and sample work piece to ensure machining conforms to specifications and document.
Successful candidate will be able to move controls to cycle machine through settings, stopping machine and adjusting tool positions and machine controls to allow for operating factors such as timing, clearance between moving parts, and chip removal.

Qualifications:

Successful candidates will have basic computer skills.
Have knowledge of CNC programs, editing, tooling, feed, and speed rates.
Must have High School Diploma or GED required.
Must have at least 2 years of experience with CNC Swiss Set-up.
Needs to be able to effectively read, read blue prints and instructions, be able to communicate with others with good verbal and written communication skills.

Candidates are required to pass a Criminal Background Check and a 10 Panel Drug Screen.
