Are you an experienced CNC Supervisor looking for an exciting new opportunity to showcase your skills and expertise? We are currently seeking a dynamic, highly skilled, and passionate CNC Supervisor to join our expanding team in the Manufacturing industry. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining our high-quality standards, overseeing the operation and maintenance of our CNC machines, and leading a team of skilled technicians. Responsibilities:
As a CNC Supervisor, your main responsibilities will include:
1. Supervising and managing a team of CNC operators, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.
2. Overseeing the operation of CNC machinery, ensuring all equipment is maintained and functioning correctly.
3. Developing, implementing, and maintaining a comprehensive machine maintenance program.
4. Training and mentoring team members, promoting a positive and productive work environment.
5. Ensuring all safety and quality standards are met, implementing corrective actions when necessary.
6. Participating in the planning and scheduling of production runs to meet customer requirements and deadlines.
7. Collaborating with other departments to improve processes and productivity.
8. Managing resources effectively to reduce waste and optimize efficiency.
9. Assisting in the development and implementation of continuous improvement initiatives.
10. Ensuring compliance with all company policies and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate for the CNC Supervisor position will possess the following qualifications:
1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory role within the manufacturing industry.
2. Extensive knowledge and experience in CNC machine operation and maintenance.
3. Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
4. Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement effective solutions.
5. Proficiency in the use of various tools and equipment used in CNC machining.
6. Strong understanding of safety and quality standards within the manufacturing industry.
7. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
8. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
9. High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
10. Strong organizational and planning skills.
11. Willingness to continue learning and developing new skills.
12. Proficiency in the use of computer software, including MS Office and CNC programming software.
