In this role, you will be responsible for:
- All aspects of mechanical machine repair service, which includes predictive, preventive, and proactive assessments for 2nd shift.
- Root cause analysis, expediently develop and implement solutions.
- Conduct equipment condition assessments to determine necessary modifications, systems to enhance production reliability, and specific elements of quality system compliance.
The required qualifications for the job include:
- 3+ years experience working with CNC machinery and repairs/troubleshooting in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to develop creative solutions to problems.
- Good knowledge of OEM controls, repairs, programming, machining, and troubleshooting.
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
- Good communication, time management, organizational skills
- Medical industry or machinery relocation and installation experience
- Welding and Fabrication
