Job Details

Responsibilities:

Design and write precise CNC programs to manufacture parts on 3, 4, and 5 axis CNC machines using G Code and Mastercam.
Modify existing CNC programs as required, and troubleshoot any issues that arise during the manufacturing process.
Use 3D CAD/CAM software to create models and drawings of products.
Use micrometers, lathes, mills, and other precision tools to measure and inspect parts, ensuring they meet the required specifications.
Coordinate with the manufacturing team to understand project requirements and timelines.
Maintain and update CNC machine programs and related documentation.
Ensure all CNC machinery is regularly inspected and maintained to ensure optimal performance.
Stay up-to-date with the latest CNC programming techniques and industry best practices.
Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures while performing duties.
Provide training and guidance to junior CNC programmers and operators as needed.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a CNC Programmer.
Proficiency in G Code, 5 Axis, Mastercam, and 3D CAD/CAM software.
Experience with micrometers, lathes, mills, and other precision tools.
Strong understanding of CNC machine programming and metalworking processes.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot issues.
Strong communication and team collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
High attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures related to CNC programming and operation.
