Position Overview: You will be a key player in translating design specifications into machine instructions. Your expertise in Fusion360 and Esprit, along with hands-on experience in setting up and operating CNC machines, will contribute to the production of high-quality components.
Key Responsibilities:

CNC Programming:
- Utilize Fusion360 and Esprit software to create and optimize CNC programs for various machining operations.
- Generate efficient toolpaths, considering tool selection, speeds, and feeds to achieve optimal machining results.

Setup and Operation:
- Set up CNC machines, including loading tooling, fixtures, and raw materials.
- Operate CNC machines to produce precision components according to engineering specifications.

Tool Selection and Optimization:
- Select appropriate cutting tools based on job requirements and material specifications.
- Continuously optimize tool usage and machining processes for increased efficiency.

Quality Control:
- Conduct in-process and final inspections to ensure components meet quality standards.
- Collaborate with the quality assurance team to address any deviations and implement corrective actions.

Documentation:
- Maintain accurate records of CNC programs, tooling setups, and machine parameters.
- Provide detailed reports on production metrics and job completion status.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a CNC Programmer in a precision manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in Fusion360 and Esprit software for CNC programming.
- Hands-on experience in setting up and operating CNC machines.
- Strong understanding of machining principles and tooling applications.
Skills:
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of different metals and alloys commonly used in machining.
- Familiarity with CNC machine controls and troubleshooting.
