CNC Programmer / Machinist - Talento Search Group

About the Job
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot machine failures / coordinate with maintenance on fixes
- Upload and editing of programs for production runs
- Assist / train operators on machine operations
- Interpretation of blueprints / schematics for machine setups
- Program verifications before uploads and production runs
- Tooling setup & training for new products
- Assist engineering w/process improvements (product or equipment)
Education & Experience
- Minimum 3 years experience in a manufacturing / machine shop type environment
- 2 year technical degree highly preferred
- Experience with CNC equipment (lathes, mills, grinders, etc.)
- Ability to upload, edit/program equipment (writing programs from scratch is a bonus)
- Gibs-Cam experience is preferred
- High attention to detail
