The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in CNC Mills, CNC Lathes, Programming CNC, Set up tools and fixtures, Interpret drawings, Mastercam, CNC Lathe set up, 5-axis, and 3-axis lathe. Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate CNC machines to produce high-quality products
- Program CNC machines using Mastercam software
- Interpret technical drawings and specifications to ensure accurate production
- Set up tools and fixtures to ensure precision and accuracy
- Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments
- Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance
- Troubleshoot and resolve machine issues in a timely manner
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed at all times
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient production
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in CNC Mills, CNC Lathes, Programming CNC, Set up tools and fixtures, Interpret drawings, Mastercam, CNC Lathe set up, 5-axis, and 3-axis lathe
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong technical and mechanical skills
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Proficient in Mastercam software
