Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled CNC Milling Machine Operator to join a fast-paced manufacturing team. The successful candidate will efficiently operate CNC milling machines, perform inspections, and complete necessary documentation to meet customer needs. Key Responsibilities:

• Operate CNC milling machines in a high-paced shop environment

• Perform first-piece inspections and in-process inspections, adjusting as required

• Complete necessary documentation, including job travelers, operator check sheets, and inspection reports

• Assist team members to meet manufacturing goals and ensure quality standards are upheld

• Work independently while knowing when to ask for support from others

• Communicate effectively with the team to ensure alignment on goals and priorities

Qualifications:

• Technical drawing and CNC programming skills

• 3+ years of experience in CNC machining and milling

• Proficiency in Mastercam programming

• Ability to read and understand technical prints

• Strong attention to detail and precision in all work

• Knowledge of CNC machinery and equipment

• Excellent problem-solving skills

• At least 3 years of experience as an operator/setup for CNC Vertical 3-Axis milling centers
