CNC Programmer - Gpac

As a CNC Programmer, you'll be tasked with programming computer automated sheet metal fabrication machines like a Rockstar. You'll be collaborating with the engineering and operations teams to create and maintain CNC files for optimal production quality.

Position Responsibilities:

- Programming multiple types of computer automated sheet metal fabrication machines

- Collaborating with engineering and operations teams

- Reviewing technical drawings to develop cutting paths and bending programs

- Evaluating new parts for manufacturability and making practical recommendations

- Ensuring quality and efficiency of production

Position Essential Job Functions:

- Previous experience working in a similar manufacturing setting

- Familiarity with CNC programming of turret punches

- Skilled at troubleshooting technical problems

- Ability to work independently and follow directions

- Strong attention to detail and communication skills

Position Skills:

- 3 + years as a CNC programmer

- Familiarity with Prima Power Shear Brilliance or EBe Express Bender machines

- Familiarity with CAM programming software such as SigmaNest, NC Express, or MasterBend

- Experience with SolidWork, MasterCam, Siemens NX and AutoCAD

- Some experience with Fanuc controllers

- Proficiency in MS Office Suite

- Basic machine and CAD experience

Salary: $64,000- $77,000
