Job Type: Direct Hire
Pay Rate: $26-32 per hour
Schedule:

1st Shift: 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM, Monday thru Friday

What’s a typical day as a CNC Programmer? You’ll be:
- Using MasterCAM software to generate machine code that controls the movements of cutting tools and machining operations.
- Selecting appropriate machining strategies, cutting tools, and parameters to optimize production while maintaining quality.
- Analyzing drawings, sketches, and design data to determine dimensions and configurations of cuts, as well as writing instruction sheets to guide machine setup and operation.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Have 3 to 5 years of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Are proficient in MasterCAM software and possess strong attention to detail.
- Can interpret technical drawings and blueprints, and troubleshoot mechanical or logistical problems effectively.
