Job Details
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced CNC Programmer to join our team! This full-time position is an excellent opportunity for someone who has a passion for creating products and wants to make a significant impact on our business. The successful candidate will work with our team to program, set up, and operate computer numerical control (CNC) machines. They will also be responsible for interpreting project blueprints, designing programs, and troubleshooting any issues that arise.
Responsibilities:
- Design and program complex parts and assemblies using Mastercam software.
- Interpret and read complex blueprints and technical drawings.
- Apply GD&T principles to ensure accurate measurements and tolerances.
- Work with Fanuc and other CNC machines to create complex products.
- Work closely with the design and production teams to ensure the quality and accuracy of machined parts.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with machines and programs.
- Continuously evaluate and adjust programming strategies to ensure optimal efficiency.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment in accordance with company policies and safety regulations.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in CNC programming.
- Proficient in Mastercam or other CAD / CAM software.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to read and interpret complex blueprints and technical drawings.
- Experience with 5-axis machining is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
