CNC Programmer (Aerospace) - Acara Solutions, An Aleron Company

Acara Solutions is seeking a CNC Programmer to join our aerospace metal machine shop client on a Full Time Direct Hire opportunity located in Anaheim, CA.

First shift 6AM - 2:30PM

$60 - $65/hr. target payrate (possibly to $70 for the right senior level candidate)

Requirements

10 yrs minimum experience with CNC programming, ideally within an aerospace machine shop

• Extensive background and experience in CNC Programming multi-axis machining centers, including 5-axis and mill-turn (round hard metal parts).
• CNC Programming experience using CAMWorks preferred (or willing to learn / train).
• Experience CNC Programming for hard metals
• Vericut experience preferred
• Mill turn and multi-axis machining background and experience is preferred (either WFL or Integrex)
• Solid modelling experience in SolidWorks preferred (or Pro-Engineer)
• Willing to learn and implement the latest technology in complex machining of forged aluminum and steel parts, in addition to bar/plate stock and in-process 5-axis probing with logic
• Experience program proofing on machines

This is an U.S. aerospace machine shop ITAR regulated organization - U.S. Persons required

Preferred Skills / Qualifications:

• Working with Aerospace machined, high-strength related parts
