CNC Machine Operator

In this role, you will:
- Operate CNC machining and turning centers to produce high-quality precision parts and instruments.
- Work from detailed part drawings and specifications, ensuring dimensional accuracy within +/- .05mm.
- Utilize precision measuring tools such as micrometers, calipers, and gauges to inspect workpieces.
- Perform minor tool changes and adjustments to maintain tolerances and meet quality standards.
- Identify and report machine malfunctions and operating issues to the Lead for resolution.
- Load, inspect, assemble, and package parts according to work instructions and quality alerts.
- Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to inspection frequencies.
- Be cross-trained on different machines to support production needs.
Requirements
What We Need from You:
- 6+ months of experience operating CNC machines
- Working knowledge of Fanuc controls on machines such as Mori Seiki, Okumas, and Harding
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to lift/handle heavy objects frequently and stand for 8 hours
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Consistent attendance and adherence to safety protocols

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree preferred. 5+ years of experience in a quality management role. Experience in the automotive industry is required. Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, IATF16949, and VDA standards. Excellent leadership and communication skills.
