Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate CNC machines according to production requirements.
- Interpret technical drawings and blueprints to create precision parts.
- Monitor machine operations and adjust settings to maintain quality control.
- Inspect completed components using precision measuring instruments.
- Perform routine maintenance on CNC machines to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with team members and engineers to resolve machining issues.
- Document production activities and maintain accurate records of machining processes.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a CNC Operator or similar role in a manufacturing setting.
- Strong understanding of CNC machining processes and techniques.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
- Familiarity with programming languages used for CNC machines.
- Proficient in using measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers.
- Solid problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in machining preferred.
