Starting pay for these positions is $22.00 per hour.
Auburn Gear, LLC is seeking qualified individuals for CNC machining opportunities on 2^nd^ and 3^rd^ shift. Do you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, learning new skills and producing custom products? Auburn Gear is looking for dedicated team players who will be provided on the job training. Successful candidates will perform all set-up and machining requirements to fabricate customers needs.
Full time employees are eligible for medical, dental and vision insurance on the 1^st^ day of the following month of their date of hire!

CNC Operator
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Operation and set-up of machining centers and lathes
- Ability to change and maintain tooling
- Ability to read blueprints, operations sheets. Understand gauges and measuring devices.
- Maintains safe work practices. Able to lift 40 lbs., with or without assistance.
- Detail oriented, professional attitude and self-starter.
Skills:
- Posses problem solving skills, documentation skills, research and resolution skills and multi-tasking skills.
- Attention to detail. Understands mechanical systems and industrial drawings.
- Use of hand and power tools.
Education/Experience:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- CNC machining experience preferred
Physical Requirements:
- Lifting 40lbs or more
- Able to bend, twist, push and pull, stand for long periods of time
