The CNC Operator handles the computer numerical control machine. Maintaining, setting, and adjusting the machine are all part of the operator's daily tasks. This includes knowledge of the software and hardware of the machine.

This is a 3rd shift opportunity. We offer pay differential and benefits from Day 01.

JOB DUTIES

• Set up and operate CNC machines under the direction of supervisors
• Inspect and measure parts to ensure specifications are met
• Blending of surfaces and applying or removing excess material with hand tools or machinery
• Set-up and use of various machines, fixtures and tools and use of tracking systems
• Part modification to specifications.
• Ensure compliance with Quality Control Manual (QCM).
• Must be aware of ISO – Total Customer Satisfaction (TCS) quality requirements.
• Load and perform simple edits of program if required and performing other tasks in the facility as needed. 

QUALIFICATIONS

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Ability to use handheld measuring tools
• Must be able to read and write in English
• Ability to pass a job-related skills test prior to employment
