Bearon Manufacturing is looking for an experienced CNC Machine Operator to join our team on 2nd Shift in our climate-controlled environment in Landisville, PA! As an experienced CNC Machine Operator with 3 years in the field, you’ll play a vital role in setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC machinery. Your skills in interpreting program codes and ensuring precision will drive quality output. Routine maintenance and collaboration with teams will uphold safety standards. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prepare and operate CNC machines to make parts to customer specifications
- Quality control and inspection of parts
- Conduct routine machine maintenance, adhering to safety protocols
- Documentation and reporting of production records and machine reports
- Work as part of a team and identify improvements to the optimize machining techniques, programs, etc.
COMPETENCIES:
- Mechanical aptitude
- Ability to develop programming skills

- Ability to use hand tools and read blue prints
- Ability to use measuring tools and shop mathematics
- Ability to stand for 8 hours
- Ability to lift up to 70 pounds over the course of a shift
