CNC Machinist

Job Overview:  seeking experienced CNC Machinists to join our team.  Candidates must possess a strong background in machining and CNC operations, with the ability to work independently and maintain high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up, maintain, and operate 3, 4, and 5-axis CNC lathes and/or mills.
  

• Produce production and prototype parts with minimal supervision.
  

• Review work orders to ensure full understanding of part specifications.
  

• Independently set up tooling and fixtures for machining operations.
  

• Perform periodic inspections to verify that parts meet required tolerances.
  

• Operate and demonstrate knowledge of Haas or DMG Mori controls.
  

• Edit CNC programs under supervision to address dimensional issues during initial setups.
  

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of CNC machining experience in a manufacturing environment.
  

• Proficiency in operating mills and/or lathes.
  

• Ability to perform setups, read blueprints, and ensure dimensional accuracy.
  

• Education: High School Diploma or GED.
  

• Strong knowledge of machining processes and tolerances.
  

• Must pass a criminal background check.
  

• US work authorization required.
