CNC Machinist Job Opportunity

We are seeking skilled CNC Machinists to join our team and play a vital role in the production of industry-leading tools. You’ll be responsible for the setup, operation, and quality control of our advanced CNC machinery in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, edit, and maintain CNC tool and cutter grinding programs.
• Perform first-piece and in-process inspections to ensure product quality.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain equipment efficiency.
• Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe.

Qualifications:

• A drive to succeed in a high-growth environment.
• Experience with systems such as Walter Toolstudio, Numroto, Rollomatic, or Walter Helicheck (preferred).
• Solid understanding of cutting tool geometries.
• Ability to interpret and follow engineering documents, including:
  • Product drawings
  • Process sheets
  • Standard Operating Procedures

Compensation:

• Starting hourly rate of $22+/hr, based on experience and qualifications.
