Role Description:
Join the team as a full-time on-site CNC Programmer, responsible for leading Machining & Turning department. In this role, you will be tasked with CNC MasterCAM programming, overseeing set-up machining, managing production schedules, and selecting tools and machines. Additionally, you'll be instrumental in upgrading our machining and turning technology to enhance efficiency and productivity. Collaborating closely with ownership and co-management, you'll lead the CNC team to ensure accurate and timely production processes.

- Proficiency in CNC programming, machining, and milling
- Ability to interpret technical drawings accurately
- Strong attention to detail and precision
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
- Capacity to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Exceptional communication and time management skills
- Experience in sheet metal fabrication is advantageous
- Associate's degree or certification in CNC programming or related field
