We are hiring an experienced CNC Lathe Operator for their growing 1st shift.

We are hiring an experienced CNC Lathe Operator for their growing 1st shift.
Responsibilities :
- Include editing, setting up, and operating the CNC machine
- Maintaining quality and safety standards, record-keeping, and equipment maintenance.
- The position offers competitive wages and benefits and is full-time permanent.
- Proficient in lathe abilities such as turning, boring, drilling, tapping, and threading.
- Maintain company and customer quality standards.
- Set up CNC machines with minimal assistance, installing tools and indicating parts.
- Load raw material and verify settings by measuring positions
- Perform equipment maintenance and troubleshooting
- Demonstrate constructive communication and problem-solving skills
- Adhere to safety guidelines and use proper tools and gauging
- Apply geometry and trigonometry knowledge to machining Complete machining work as required, following proper sequence of operations
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Five years of CNC lathe experience
- Ability to read and understand blueprints and follow instructions
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication, self-motivation, and teamwork
- Ability to lift/maneuver up to 50 lbs regularly.
