This well-established organization is currently seeking a CNC Machinist I who will be responsible for setup and operating one type of computer numeric controlled production equipment to produce standard products.
Responsibilities:- Selects appropriate settings and adjusts necessary
- Operates manual machines as required
- Uses standard inspection tools (ring, plug, micrometers, calipers, etc.)
- Preforms a defined list of tasks
- Follows established quality and safety standards
- High school diploma or its equivalent and 0-2 years of experience in the field or in a related area
- Knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field
- Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to preform the functions of the job
