JOB SUMMARY:
Responsible for: safely programming and machining of complex metal components to meet customer's requirements; this may include meeting drawing/print specifications.

MAIN DUTIES & ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Use of CNC lathe/mill
- Use of cranes
- Use of measuring equipment, calipers, micrometers etc.
- Need at least 3 years' experience running medium to large horizontal CNC lathes
- Preferably Mazaks - Mazatrol controls.
- Able to perform basic programming in Mazatrol and Fanuc.
- Good fast paced work ethic.
- Familiar with long, tubular components with tolerances of +/-0.001"
- Familiarity with nickel & titanium super-alloys, as well as carbon and stainless steels.
- Team player with an excellent attitude and motivational skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- MS Office experience and competency
- Strong analytical, arithmetic, problem solving, organizational, and critical thinking skills
- Capable of making sound decisions
- Effective communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
