A highly motivated Tool and Die CNC Machinist whose primary responsibility is
safety, quality, and productivity.
What we offer:
• 12-hour shifts, 7:00 - 7:20, 4 days week one, 3 days week two
• Overtime paid at time and a half after 36 hours in one week and after 40 the
following
• Shift Differential: additional pay of $3.00 for all hours worked between 11pm –
7:20am and $0.30 cents for all hours worked between 3pm – 11:20pm
• Skill Based Pay System - Raises based on how fast you successfully pass
evaluations

What you will do:
• Interpret customer prints, engineering specifications, layout results and
functional requirements
• Disassemble, clean, and reassemble dies, molds, jigs, fixtures, etc
• Disassemble and troubleshoot die and mold quality issues
• Ability to make judgment calls on tool repairs
• Be proficient with operating tool room equipment such as lathes, mills, surface
grinders, drill presses, etc., used to perform the required work
• Read all measuring tools (mics, calipers, indicators, scales, height gages, etc.)

What you will bring:
• Minimum of 3 years machinist / tool and die work experience
• Technical or trade school a plus
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

• Capable of working in a dirty environment (we work with graphite)
