Are you a skilled CNC Machinist looking for a role that challenges and excites you? Do you revel in the thrill of creating precision parts, and are you passionate about the manufacturing industry? If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you! We are seeking a dedicated, experienced CNC Machinist to join our dynamic team on a permanent basis. This role will require a deep understanding of CNC machining and programming, machine operation and setup, and experience in low to high volume production.
Responsibilities:
As our CNC Machinist, your key responsibilities will include:
1. Setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC machines to manufacture high precision parts.
2. Reading and interpreting technical blueprints and design models to produce parts accurately.
3. Programming and adjusting CNC machines as per the specifications of the blueprint or design model.
4. Inspecting finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
5. Identifying and troubleshooting issues with the CNC machines and the manufacturing process.
6. Ensuring that the workplace is clean, safe, and organized to facilitate efficient and effective production.
7. Collaborating with the production team and other stakeholders to meet production goals.
8. Regularly reporting on production activities and issues to the production manager.
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
1. A minimum of 3 years' experience as a CNC Machinist in the manufacturing industry.
2. Proficient knowledge of CNC machining, including operation, setup, and programming.
3. Experience in low to high volume production.
4. Ability to read, interpret, and work from blueprints, design models, and technical drawings.
5. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot issues with the machines and the manufacturing process.
6. Excellent attention to detail and the ability to produce high precision parts.
7. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
8. A commitment to maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workplace.
9. Experience with Mazak Lathe is a must
