CNC Machinist - Crossroads Manufacturing Co.

The CNC Precision Machinist is responsible for machining features in various materials using CNC equipment and hand tools. This role requires understanding and interpreting CNC program codes, making necessary program edits, and ensuring all changes are properly documented.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Operate CNC machines to produce precision parts according to specifications.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions.
• Perform program edits and record all adjustments for accurate documentation.
• Use precision measuring equipment to verify part dimensions and ensure quality standards.
• Troubleshoot machining issues and adjust equipment as needed to maintain efficiency.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One to two years of machining experience, preferably with CNC equipment.
• Strong mathematical skills, including geometry and trigonometry.
• Proficiency in reading blueprints and understanding technical documentation.
• Experience with precision measuring equipment such as micrometers, calipers, and gauges.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
