What You’ll Do:

• Set up and operate CNC machines independently.
• Read blueprints, perform first-piece inspections, and maintain high-quality standards.
• Troubleshoot, adjust, and collaborate to meet production goals.

What You Bring:

• 5+ years of CNC setup and operation experience.
• Strong blueprint reading, GD&T, and measuring tool skills.
• Communication and teamwork skills, especially on the night shift.
