About the Job
- Set-up and operate CNC Lathe - Mazak
- Fanuc & Mazatrol controls (prefer mazatrol, but could be taught; Mazatrol is conversational
- G & M code
- Setting work offsets, tool offsets, wear offsets
- Ability to hold tight tolerances .0002'
- Read Micrometers and Calipers
- All precision instruments
- Blue Print reading (will take a written test onsite)
- Experience with 5s and clean work stations
- Must be a level II operator with at least 2-3 years of experience
- They do not need to be a set up king
