CNC Machinist - 3rd Shift - Johnson Service Group

Johnson Service Group (JSG) a nationally recognized staffing firm is targeting a CNC Machinist for our global manufacturing client in the Alamo, TN area.
 
Responsibilities:

• Determine desired dimensions in assembly process
• Review work orders
• Monitor all machining equipment in section
• Train on all processes and procedures ex. Fork truck training
• Interpret blueprints
• Practice work place safety
• Maintain work station
• Work with  aluminum stock, brass, bronze and cast-iron materials, raw steel, copper stock, and cleaning agents
• Provide machine information to cross-functional teams when needed
• Day to day assignments will be supervised as needed

 
Qualifications:

• Associates degree or Trade School education in Engineering, Manufacturing or related field
• 4 years of related experience
• Must be able to meet the requirements of a Code 9 machinist
