CNC Machinist 3 Axis - PEAK Technical Services Inc.

Now hiring experienced CNC Machine Operators with CNC 3 Axis + Machining Experience.

Location: Harvey, IL

Shifts:

• 1st Shift: 7:30 AM - 3:30 PM

Job Duties:

• Work independently with CNC 3 Axis machines and perform daily maintenance.
• Read blueprints and use measuring devices (tape measure, calipers, micrometers, height gauges).
• Handle a variety of materials and tooling, set up machines, and operate hand grinders and overhead cranes.
• Choose appropriate tooling and understand machining parameters (speed, feed, RPM).
• Monitor, adjust, and inspect machined parts to meet specifications.
• Keep the machining area clean, safe, and organized.
• Communicate effectively and work well in a team, following shop rules and regulations.
• Understand basic CNC programming (G and M codes), tool offsets, and work offsets.
• Some overtime may be required.

Requirements:

• CNC 3 Axis + machining experience.
• High School Diploma/GED or relevant work experience.
• Vocational training certification preferred.
