CNC Machinist - 1st and 2nd Shift - TekPro Engineering

Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will program, set up, and operate CNC machinery to produce high-precision components that meet exacting quality standards. Key Responsibilities:

• Program, set up, and operate CNC machines to produce precision parts according to blueprints and specifications.
• Perform tool changes, offsets, and adjustments to optimize machine performance.
• Conduct inspections of finished parts using precision measuring instruments to ensure accuracy and quality.
• Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to troubleshoot and resolve production issues.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety protocols and company policies.
• Document production activities and maintain records for traceability.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a CNC Machinist with a strong understanding of either milling or turning
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
• Familiarity with precision measuring tools such as micrometers, calipers, and gauges.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications or training in CNC machining are a plus.
