What you’ll do as a CNC Machine Operator:
- Operate CNC machines to perform tasks like milling and turning with precision.
- Read and follow blueprints and control plans to execute machining operations.
- Inspect finished parts using tools such as calipers, micrometers, and dial bore gauges.
- Make adjustments to machine settings and tool offsets as necessary.
- Ensure parts meet strict quality standards and tolerances.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace.
- Have at least 2 years of CNC machining experience.
- Are skilled in reading blueprints and using G and M codes.
- Pay close attention to detail and have strong mechanical aptitude.
- Work well in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
- Can handle the physical demands, including standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 lbs.
