Job Title: CNC Machine Operator - Punch (Overnight: 12-Hour Shifts)

Job Summary: The CNC Machine Operator - Punch is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC punch machines to produce precise components from various materials, such as metals, with high accuracy. 1. Machine Setup: Configure and prepare the CNC punch machine by installing the correct punch and die tools, setting material feeds, and programming according to job specifications.
2. Programming and Operation: Load and adjust CNC programs, interpreting technical drawings, CAD/CAM files, and blueprints to ensure that each punch pattern is precise and meets exact specifications.
3. Material Handling: Safely load and secure sheet metal or other materials, making adjustments as necessary to ensure alignment and efficiency.
