About the Job
We’re seeking a CNC Operator to work at a premier manufacturing facility in Maryland Heights, MO.
Pay Rate: $22.00 hr.
Schedule: Mon. to Thu. 3PM to 1:30AM
What’s a typical day as a CNC Operator? You’ll be:
- Operating one or more Hydromat machines with automatic indexing and feeding mechanisms to perform machining operations on metal bar stock.
- Reading dimensional drawings and job orders for product specifications, including dimensions, tolerances, and tooling instructions.
- Verifying the conformance of workpieces to specifications using preset gauges, micrometers, and dial indicators.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Have a high school diploma (trade school or machine vocational training is a plus) and prior machine operation experience.
- Possess strong attention to detail and the ability to bring assignments to a successful completion.
- Demonstrate strong oral and written communication skills, along with interpersonal and leadership abilities.
