Machine Operator with CNC experience
3rd shift - 11:00pm - 7AM
Pay is $18 -$19 a hour
Monday - Friday - some Saturdays during busy season
The CNC Machine Operator will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC machines to produce high-quality automotive components. This role requires attention to detail, technical proficiency, and the ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.Key Responsibilities:
Machine Setup: Prepare and set up CNC machines for production runs, including loading raw materials, selecting tools, and entering program instructions.
Operation: Operate CNC machines to produce parts according to specifications, ensuring accuracy and adherence to quality standards.
Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
Quality Control: Inspect finished parts for defects, measure dimensions using precision tools, and make adjustments to maintain quality.
Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve issues with machine operations, tooling, and processes to prevent production delays.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of production runs, machine settings, and quality control checks.
