CNC Machine Operator
Must have previous experience and be capable of performing own set-ups. Must be able to read drawings.
Busy OEM is seeking a motivated candidate interested in furthering their manufacturing career. This position is 1st Shift, Full-Time, Monday through Friday. All machines have Haas/Fanuc controls and candidates are expected to be familiar with these controls.
- Able to work with minimal supervision
- Attention to detail and ability to multi-task
- Possess a mechanical aptitude
- Strong problem solving capabilities
- Solid working knowledge with: blueprint reading & G-code programming
- Comfortable using Haas/Fanuc control
- Experience designing/building fixtures, machining castings, and programming, setting up 4th Axis Rotary Tables preferred
- Machine components according to instructions and engineering drawings
- Change tools and make offset adjustments
- Review blueprints and accompanying documents for accuracy and machining requirements.
- Understand and follow machining policies, instructions, work rules and safety guidelines.
- Meet schedules and maintain quality standards.
- Work experience related to CNC lathe and mill machining
- Mill turn experience is helpful, but not required.
