CFX Products is seeking a skilled CNC Machine Operator with experience in operating wood machines such as panel saws, flat tables/table routers, pod routers, and edge banders. As a CNC Machine Operator, you will play a critical role in our production process, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our CNC machinery to meet production goals. Our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility spans 150,000 square feet and is equipped with advanced CNC equipment, quality craftsmanship, precise engineering, and high-grade product materials. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Operate CNC wood machines such as panel saws, flat tables/table routers, pod routers, and edge banders to manufacture quality products.
Read and interpret production orders and blueprints to ensure accurate machine setups and production runs.
Monitor machine operations, making adjustments as necessary to maintain product quality and production efficiency.
Perform regular machine maintenance and troubleshooting to minimize downtime and ensure safety.
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production deadlines and optimize workflow.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols and company standards.
Accurately document production data and maintain machine logs.

Qualifications:

Experience operating CNC machines, preferably in wood production (panel saws, routers, edge banders).
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and production orders.
English proficiency is required for reading work orders and communication on the shop floor.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.

Schedule:

Hours: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM, with potential for overtime, especially during peak production periods (June-October). October is typically the busiest month, with additional Saturday shifts during high-demand times.
