About the Job
**We are looking for CNC Operators to join our Roebuck, SC manufacturing site. **
We are offering a $5,000 Sign-on Bonus!
Shift Availability:
- Day Shift (6 am - 6 pm)
- Night Shift (6 pm - 6 am)
Work 12-hour shifts on a rotating two-week schedule: 36 hours one week and 48 hours the next. Enjoy every other weekend off, including Saturday, Sunday, and Monday, with consistent day or night shifts (no switching between the two).
Basic Qualifications:
- Pass Essential Functional Testing.
- Experience with CNC Punches, Brake Press, and turret die changes per setup sheet.
- Ability to read 2D/3D blueprints, apply basic shop math, use mechanical/measuring tools, and demonstrate digital literacy.
- Proficiency in English (speaking, reading, writing, and comprehension).
- Perform physical tasks like standing for shifts, stooping, bending, climbing, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience operating CNC machinery in a manufacturing environment.
- Advanced knowledge and expertise in brake press setup and operations.
- High School Diploma or GED
- Certification in CNC Machining or a similar credential.
As a CNC machine operator, you will:
- Operate CNC machines and brake presses, interpreting blueprints to achieve precision tasks while ensuring quality and safety standards.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals, document activities in SAP, and maintain adherence to ISO protocols.
- Utilize computer-based tools to access manufacturing documents and confirm compliance with safety and quality requirements.
