What You’ll Do

• Learn the fundamentals of CNC machines through hands-on training.
• Provide top-notch customer support via phone and on-site visits.
• Master the alignment and interfacing of bar feed units.
• Prepare CNC machines for delivery, ensuring they meet high-quality standards.
• Build knowledge of our product line and its diverse applications.
• Take on additional responsibilities as assigned by your Manager or Supervisor.

What You Bring

• Experience: 1-3 years as a machinist or similar role.
• Knowledge: Basic understanding of CNC machines and their operations.
• Preferred Skills: Mechanical and electrical experience in CNC Machine Tools; basic troubleshooting of mechanical systems.
• Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with Microsoft Office and a willingness to work in a shop environment with running machines, varying noise levels, and temperature changes.
• Customer Focus: Strong communication skills and a passion for delivering excellent service.
• Bonus Points: Experience with machine tool products, options, and functions.
