Set Up C – Grinder
Job Summary:

Shift: First and third shifts are available. First is 6am-2:30pm and third is 10pm-6:30am.
Set up and operate CNC machines (Tru-Tech)
Assess machine operations, movement of parts, gauges, dials, machine sounds
Interpret drawings and follow routings
Troubleshoot equipment – modify programming parameters to resolve set up problems
Troubleshoot and correct set up problems
Complete all necessary paperwork and shop floor data

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED required
1+ year(s) CNC machining experience
Must have experience setting up one of the following machines – Tru-Tech Grinder
Knowledge of micrometers, precision scale, indicator
Ability to carry, push, and pull up to 50lbs
Ability to reach and bend
