About the Role:

We're seeking skilled CNC Machine Operators to join our client's team in Haltom City. You'll be responsible for setting up and operating CNC machines (e.g., lathes, mills, grinders) to produce high-quality parts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate CNC machines per work orders and blueprints.
• Load/unload parts, ensuring proper fixturing.
• Select and change tools (cutting tools, fixtures).
• Monitor machine operation, ensuring accuracy and quality.
• Perform in-process inspections and adjustments.
• Troubleshoot minor machine issues.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Participate in continuous improvement efforts.
• Electrical background is also required

Ideal Candidate:

• Proven experience as a CNC Machine Operator.
• Strong understanding of CNC machining principles.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and work instructions.
• Experience with lathes, mills, grinders.
• Knowledge of various machining processes.
• Ability to use measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers).
• Detail-oriented and committed to safety.
