Position Type: Full-time
Compensation: Competitive Salary: $70K- 85Kper year.

Responsibilities:

1. CNC Machine Set-up and Repair:
   • Set up and repair CNC machines, including Vertical Machining Centers (VMC), CNC lathes, and CNC boring and milling.
   • Laser Cutting Machines set up and repair (not a must requirement, but a plus - training provided).
   • Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments to ensure optimal production.
2. Field Service Technician:
   • Provide on-site installation, maintenance, and repair services for CNC machines at customer locations.
   • Troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues, ensuring timely and effective resolutions.
   • Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and provide expert recommendations.
3. Customer Service and Sales:
   • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication and problem-solving.
   • Assist customers in optimizing machine performance and offer solutions to enhance their machining processes.
   • Identify sales opportunities and promote additional products or services to meet customer needs.
4. Training:
   • Conduct training sessions for customers on the operation and maintenance of CNC machines and Laser Cutting Machines.
   • Provide technical guidance and support to customers to ensure they maximize the benefits of our products.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a CNC machine field service technician (set up and repair).
• Strong understanding of CNC machining processes, including VMC, CNC lathe, and CNC boring and milling machines.
• Previous sales or on-site customer service experience is a great plus.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Willingness to engage in sales activities and promote additional products/services.
• Availability to travel to customer locations.
• Valid driver's license.
